YuuZoo Announces Q1 Results, Net Profits at 3.2 Million USD 637% Ahead of Budget
YuuZoo Corporation, the publisher of the global "Zooniverse" of dedicated age-, interest and location-specific mobile social networks and one of the world's fastest growing mobile service & payment companies, today announced it 2011 first quarter results.

This comes hot on the heels of the announcement of the 2010 results, which saw a year-to-year increase in topline revenues of more than 6000% to reach over 1.1 billion USD, and a full year net profit of app. 1.9 million USD.
"The Q1 results show the correctness of our dedicated social networks strategy. We have continued to grow our already strong base of licensees, partners and customers", says Thomas Zilliacus, executive chairman and co-founder of YuuZoo.

YuuZoo Appoints Bob Mansfield as Director of the Board and Consultant
YuuZoo Corporation today announced the appointment of Bob Mansfield as the newest member of the company's Board of Directors. Mansfield will also join YuuZoo's roster of business and financial Consultants.
Mansfield's presence, and the strategic ability he brings, further strengthens YuuZoo's ability to build a leading global mobile media company. He will team up with YuuZoo Executive Directors and Founders Thomas Zilliacus (Executive Chairman) and Ron Creevey, and with 4 non-executive directors, Nigel Lee, Kelly O'Dea, Peter Tornqvist and Ludde Ingvall.

Mansfield, AO FCPA, has been conferred with an Order of Australia for his exceptional contribution to the Australian business and economic development and to the telecommunications industry.
He has a solid background in business across a wide range of industries, and has previously held the CEO position at McDonald's Australia Ltd, Wormald International Ltd, Opus Communications and John Fairfox.
Mansfield was with Australia's telecommunications giant Telstra Corporation as a board member for 5 years, 4 years of which, he acted as non-executive Chairman. He has also served as a board member of Datacraft Asia, CDS Technologies and Dimensions Data Holdings.
His strong commitment for corporate business advancement did not stop him from nobly sharing his financial and management expertise with the public sector where he was appointed as Strategic Investment Coordinator at the Office of the Prime Minister, and on a consultancy basis, served as Major Projects Facilitator reporting directly to the Prime Minister.
Mansfield, who is based in Australia, now serves as a Director of the Investec Bank Australia Ltd. Concurrently he is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of Steve Waugh Foundation.

YuuZoo Names Bob Crozier as Executive Board Member
YuuZoo Corporation today announced it has appointed global media business and marketing whiz Bob Crozier as an Executive member of its Board and as its new Head of Publishing & Licensing.
He will be joining the ranks of Thomas Zilliacus (Executive Chairman), Ron Creevey, Bob Mansfield, Nigel Lee, Kelly O'Dea, Peter Tornqvist and Ludde Ingvall on the YuuZoo board.

"Bob Crozier brings an enormous expertise in how the media business operates. YuuZoo is a media company in the mobile space, and the knowhow Bob can bring will greatly help us in further sharpening and improving what we offer our customer", Zilliacus adds.
Crozier has spent 39 years in print, online and other related media businesses across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the United States. He successfully managed two of the leading global brand names in international publishing, Forbes Global Magazine (EMEA and Asia/Pacific Editions), where he was the former Vice President, Managing Director and Publisher; and the Time Magazine, Atlantic Edition (EMEA) as President.
Prior to joining Forbes in 1999, Crozier served several posts in the American Express Publishing including as International Publisher for its Departures magazine; Advertising Director of the Travel and Leisure magazine; and West Coast Manager for the Food and Wine magazine.
For years, he was also a Publishing Management Consultant of McNamee Consulting, a management consultant business to the publishing industry, providing publishing and communications counsel for clients including McGraw Hill, Straight Arrow Publishing, New York Times Publishing, Bertlesmann and Telepictures.
Since 2003 up to date, Crozier is an Industry Council Advisor at GMT Communications LLC in London, Europe's longest-established private equity firm specialising in the communications arena. He also holds an Advisory position for media and communications at Mindshare Business Group Singapore.
Crozier is based in Singapore and London.
